Cancellation Policy:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellations made 0-7 days before your arrival date are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 8-29 days before your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given when you made the reservation (less the $70 cancellation fee).

Cancellations made 30+ days before your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given when you made the reservation (less the $10 cancellation fee).

Refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and processed to the credit card given when you made the reservation.

When making a reservation for a Friday or Saturday night, there is a 2 night minimum stay required.
